This project aims to establish a trilateral dialogue between Portugal, Germany and Brazil on the General Part of the Penal Codes. As these countries share a common conceptual and dogmatic language, the aim is to carry out a comparative law analysis of the main dogmatic concepts of the general offence theory, in order to provide a narrative that explores not only the similarities, but also the differences, thus contributing to the development of the criminal law dogmatics of the three countries and to a better application of criminal law." in Foreword, Inês Fernandes Godinho.
