CEAD announces the publication of another e-book in its e-Book Collection. The e-book is available in open access and can be downloaded free of charge. This initiative aims to promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge within the community.

This project aims to establish a trilateral dialogue between Portugal, Germany and Brazil on the General Part of the Penal Codes.
