CEAD Francisco Suárez announces the opening of the Open Course on Judicial Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law, a free, online training program starting on April 16, 2026.

This training is the result of a partnership between CEAD Francisco Suárez and the Porto Court of Appeal, aimed primarily at legal practitioners (Jurists, Lawyers, and Magistrates), as well as Law students, regardless of their academic degree.

The CEAD Francisco Suárez, as an organic research unit, offers a Doctoral Programme in Law.

In times of constant and rapid social transformations, many of which are accelerated by the exponential evolution of technology, with economic and political repercussions that are often uncontrollable and even unpredictable, the study of advanced topics in Law requires continuous education, constantly attentive to emerging needs not only for the purpose of entry, consolidation, and advancement in academic careers, but also for the efficient performance of various legal professions in a horizon that presents increasingly demanding challenges.

The CEAD Francisco Suárez, within the scope of its objectives to contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge, organizes a series of Research Seminars for the scientific and academic community, both internationally and nationally, aimed at the critical discussion of various current topics.
