Amy Rossade attended the Faculty of Law at Friedrich-Schiller University Jena, Germany, between 2016 and 2022. During her academic journey, she specialized in Criminal Sciences, covering areas such as Medical Criminal Law, Criminology, Juvenile Justice, and White-Collar Crime. She also completed a certification program in Energy Law.
Since 2023, she has been pursuing a PhD in Criminal Law at the same university, with the provisional title of her thesis being "Abortion and Reproductive Health and Rights," under the supervision of Professor Dr. Edward Schramm. In parallel, she holds the position of research assistant at the University of Mannheim, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Laura Neumann. Her research primarily focuses on Criminal Law, Medical Criminal Law, Gender-Based Violence, and the relationship between Law and Language.
Her Research Stay will take place between 01/06/2025 and 31/08/2025, with Professor Inês Fernandes Godinho serving as her supervisor during this period.
