On September 19, 2024, the book launch of "The ECHR and Health through the Opinions of Judge Paulo Pinto de Albuquerque," coordinated by Inês Fernandes Godinho and André Dias Pereira, will take place.
"Although the European Convention on Human Rights does not explicitly recognize a right to health, the European Court of Human Rights’ case law has increasingly dealt with issues directly related to this matter" - The Coordinators.
