CEAD invites the entire academic community to attend the Open Lecture “Vices of Will: From Theory to Practice,” a session designed to explore, in depth and with practical relevance, the main flaws that can affect legal intent — from mistake and deceit to coercion and other factors that may compromise the validity of legal transactions.
The session will feature a special guest, Dr. Ana Margarida Moura, a lawyer with extensive experience in Civil Law, who will share practical examples and real-life cases to illustrate how these issues arise in everyday legal practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for students and professionals to deepen their knowledge, ask questions, and critically reflect on the intersection between legal theory and practical reality.
The event will take place on May 22, 2025, starting at 2:30 PM in Room -1.2 of the Porto University Center – Lusófona University (New Campus).
