CEAD invites the entire academic community and all interested participants to attend the Open Lecture “Consumer Protection in Air Transport Contracts”, which will take place on November 25, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., in Room C2.2.
The session will feature Professor Maria João Mimoso, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique and Arbitrator Judge at the Consumer Arbitration Court, who will share her extensive experience and insights on consumer rights and the legal challenges associated with air transport.
This initiative aims to foster debate and reflection on consumer protection in a constantly evolving sector, marked by issues such as flight cancellations, lost luggage, and compensation rights—topics of growing importance in today’s legal and social context.
