Criminal Law Lawyer. Professor of Criminal Law and Criminology in the postgraduate programme at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUCPR). Holds a degree in Law, a master’s degree, and is currently a PhD candidate in Human Rights at PUCPR. At present, he is undertaking a doctoral research internship at Universidade Lusófona – Porto University Centre, funded by CAPES/Brazil. He conducts research in the fields of Criminology, Public Security, and Ethnic-Racial Relations.
His Research Stay will take place between 12/09/2025 and 28/02/2026, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Fábio Veiga.
