A lawyer registered with the Lugo Bar Association since January 2006, with his own practice. Regarding his academic background, he holds a law degree from the National University of Distance Education (UNED) in 2007 and earned a PhD in Law from the University of Vigo in 2022, with the distinction "cum laude" for his doctoral thesis on "The relations between European competition law and sport."
Professionally, he is currently a Member of the Galician Committee for Sports Justice since December 2024 and an Associate Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Santiago de Compostela since July 2024. He is also a professor of the subject "Administrative Law Procedural Practice" in the Master's degree in Professional Law and Contracting at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR) since October 2024. He was the Academic Coordinator of the Master's in International Sports Law UNISPORT from 2022 to 2023, and is currently a Non-Governmental Adviser (NGAs) to the CNMC for the Advocacy Working Group (AWG) of the International Competition Network (ICN) for the period 2024–2026.
His research stay will take place between May 1, 2025, and June 12, 2025, with Professor Dr. Fábio da Silva Veiga serving as his tutor.
