Pedro Acácio Cruz e Silva has graduated in Law at Coimbra Faculty, Master's in Public Law at Catholic University of Lisbon and has a PhD in Public Law at Faculty of Legal Sciences, University of Vigo (Spain).
He is, also, Lawyer in Centre for Administrative and Tax Arbitration (Lisbon) and Director of Regional and Local Law Studies Association.
