Dr Mateusz Klinowski (45 yrs old) is an adjunct professor at the Department of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University in Kraków (Poland). As a scientist and political activist he is currently involved in a number of research projects regarding conceptual foundations of jurisprudence, effectiveness of drug and environmental policies, and the future of democracy. Interested also in analytical philosophy, bioethics and limits of science Klinowski has been many times awarded for his scientific and journalistic achievements. He was a visiting fellow at Universität Gottingen (Germany), Alicante University (Spain), Universität Bremen (Germany) and Universidade Lusófona (Portugal), and worked as a visiting professor at the National University of Puerto Rico in San Juan. He is also a science communicator and a social media creator.
