ULP Law Review – Special Issue 2025

CEAD Francisco Suárez announces the publication of the latest 2025 Special Issue of the ULP Law Review.
This volume is the direct result of the success and debate generated during our recent Intellectual Property Congress, "Recent Developments in Intellectual Property Law in the European Union," bringing together profound and timely reflections on the contemporary paths of Law.
This special issue features selected works from the call for papers launched within the framework of the Congress, reflecting the scientific vitality of the academic community and the relevance of the issues currently permeating Intellectual Property Law. The papers published here represent original contributions that dialogue with the presentations delivered, extending and deepening the discussions that marked the two days of the congress's proceedings.
Intellectual property currently faces unprecedented challenges—from the advancement of artificial intelligence to rights management in the digital environment. The articles selected for this issue not only keep pace with this evolution but also offer critical perspectives and innovative legal solutions.
We invite the entire academic community, magistrates, lawyers, and law students to explore this edition, which mirrors CEAD Francisco Suárez's ongoing commitment to research excellence and knowledge sharing.
