CEAD Francisco Suárez is looking for a Science Communication Manager to join its team and contribute to the promotion and dissemination of the impact of the research carried out, in alignment with the center’s scientific communication and dissemination strategy.
Main Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of CEAD’s Strategic Science Communication and Dissemination Plan

Support for the communication and dissemination of research results
-
Creation and management of content for social media and the website
-
Collaboration with researchers in the preparation of science outreach materials
-
Organization of events, workshops, and dissemination campaigns
-
Support in interactions with external entities and the media
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree (currently attending a Master’s or PhD in Law or related areas at Universidade Lusófona)

Experience: Knowledge and experience in science communication, dissemination of research results, and familiarity with funding programs
-
Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, social media management, and digital content production

Advanced command of English (spoken and written) and digital communication tools

Strong motivation for teamwork and meeting deadlines
-
Experience in event management and media relations is an asset
