CEAD is pleased to announce the launch of the first e-book in its Open Access E-book Collection, a fully free initiative aimed at promoting the dissemination of scientific knowledge within the wider community.
The first volume in this collection stems from the conference Equality and Non-Discrimination in Employment Relations: Current Issues and Challenges, held at Lusófona University – University Centre of Porto, and brings together a selection of the papers and reflections developed by the invited speakers.
This e-book was coordinated by Joana Neto, Integrated Researcher at CEAD Francisco Suárez. All contributions underwent review by a scientific committee composed of the following professors:

This publication represents an important tool for reflection and scholarly development, contributing to the discussion of issues that occupy a central place in contemporary labour law, particularly discrimination.
