CEAD Francisco Suárez presents the 2nd Edition of the Short Course on Data Regulation, an intensive and specialized course on data regulation, covering the main EU norms and policies.
Overview
This course aims to examine new developments in data regulation, with a particular focus on the health sector. In addition to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the discussion will center on regulations applicable to the European Health Data Space, particularly the Data Governance Act (DGA), the Data Act, and the proposed regulation in the area of health.
