Forensic practice requires legal knowledge, which is typically only acquired over the years in legal professions.
However, younger colleagues entering the legal profession need to have a more practical understanding of subjects, which is not always achievable within the scope of legal education in various university courses. Therefore, this work aims to be a guiding resource that can provide young colleagues with a different perspective on the law as they access the legal professions, as well as its application to the litigation situations they may encounter.
Although it does not address all civil law issues, at least the most frequent ones are depicted in a simplified manner. This manual can serve as an aid during internships that young colleagues undertake in the legal professions they choose, functioning solely as a complement or a bridge between theory and current legal practice.
