Diana Sofia Araújo Coutinho is an Assistant Professor at Lusófona University – Porto University Center and a Guest Professor at the Law School of the University of Minho. She holds a degree in Law from the University of Minho, a Master's degree in Contract and Business Law with a thesis titled "Informed Consent in Medical Civil Liability" from the Law School of the University of Minho, and a Ph.D. in Private Legal Sciences with a thesis focused on contemporary issues and challenges surrounding surrogacy. She is a certified trainer and a registered lawyer (with suspended status).
