Bruno de Oliveira Moura holds a Ph.D. in Law and is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of Lusófona University in Lisbon. He is also an Integrated Researcher at the Francisco Suárez Center for Advanced Studies in Law (CEAD). He obtained his Ph.D. in Law (Legal-Criminal Sciences) from the University of Coimbra. He served as an Advisor to the Ombudsman (Provedor de Justiça) from May 2016 to July 2021. He is the author of monographic studies and other publications in the field of law, particularly in the area of Criminal Law.
