António Manuel Lopes Tavares has a degree in Law and a PhD in Political Science, Citizenship and International Relations from the Universidade Lusófona do Porto. He is Director of the 1st cycle of Political Science and Electoral Studies at ULP and author of “Political Cohabitation in the 1976 Constitution”, coordinator of the Dictionary of Political Science and International Relations.
