CEAD Francisco Suárez announces the Workshop “Challenges of Economic Criminal Law Today: a comparative perspective between Portugal and Spain”, to be held on May 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in Room B.1.1.
This workshop aims to promote an in-depth reflection on the main challenges currently faced by Economic Criminal Law, in a context marked by the growing complexity of economic relations and the intensification of international legal cooperation. Through a comparative approach between the Portuguese and Spanish legal systems, recent trends, practical difficulties, and possible paths for development in this field will be analyzed.
