Seminar - TRABJUS - Sustainability and Social Justice

17 de setembro de 2025

We invite the entire academic and scientific community to participate in the Seminar - TRABJUS - Sustainability and Social Justice, which will take place on September 17, in Room N.1.10.

The research project TrabJus – Sustainability and Social Justice, promoted by CEAD, aims to foster interdisciplinary critical reflection on the major challenges shaping the present and future of Labour Law, Occupational Health and Safety, and Social Security Law. The right to social protection, the role of social and financial innovation, the guarantee of gender equality, and the new forms of work organization are central issues in the discussion on sustainability and social justice.

In this context, this international seminar brings together foreign visiting researchers affiliated with CEAD, who will share insights from their research on topics that promote dignity at work and sustainable solutions to economic and social challenges. This international seminar is an opportunity to strengthen dialogue between research conducted in Portugal and other countries, valuing diverse perspectives in building solutions within the fields of Labour Law and Social Security.

This seminar is intended for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students, as well as researchers interested in the debate on Social Justice.

Participation in the seminar is free of charge, but prior registration is required.
