CEAD and the Master’s Program in Criminal Law and Justice at the University Center of Porto – ULusófona organized a seminar on the theme "Environmental Protection and Sanctioning Rights: Challenges and Limits", held on April 29, 2025.
The main objective was to discuss the challenges and limits of applying sanctioning rights in environmental protection, bringing together legal experts for a critical analysis.
The seminar was an excellent opportunity for students, researchers, and professionals to deepen their understanding of environmental protection within the framework of sanctioning law.
