The CEAD Francisco Suárez and the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Lusófona held the seminar "Criminal Evidence – A Comparison of Perspectives" on May 26, 2025, at the Lisbon University Center. This event brought together several national and international professors, specialists in the field of Criminal Procedure Law, providing a privileged space for the exchange of ideas and critical analysis of different legal systems.
The seminar addressed the topic of criminal evidence from both a theoretical and a practical perspective. It aimed to bring a comparative discussion between the Portuguese and Spanish legal systems.
The organization of this seminar was the result of a partnership between CEAD Francisco Suárez and Red Probaticius, a collaboration that reinforces both institutions' commitment to the promotion of scientific knowledge.
