The Permanent Seminar on Current Legal Issues is a monthly event organized by the 2nd Cycle of Studies in Law (Master’s programs) of FDCP. Its aim is to engage the target audience of this cycle of studies, as well as other relevant audiences, with the diversity of problems, questions, and controversies in today’s legal landscape.
In this context, we invite the entire academic and professional community to participate in another session of the Permanent Seminar “Current Legal Issues,” dedicated to the topic “The Boundary Between Employment Contracts and Service Provision Contracts: A Critical Analysis,” to be held on April 29, 2026, at 6:30 PM, in an online format.
The session will feature the distinguished speaker Sónia de Carvalho, Professor at the Universidade Portucalense, Researcher at the IJP, and Lawyer, whose academic and professional experience will ensure a rigorous, up-to-date, and insightful approach.
