CEAD is pleased to announce another session of the Permanent Seminar on Current Legal Issues, this time dedicated to the topic “The Assessment of Bodily Harm and Compensation Effects.”
The event is organized by the Directorate of the Master’s Program in Law, with specializations in Business Law and Public Law, under the coordination of Professor Dr. Maria do Rosário Anjos and Master Sónia Novais Santos.
We will have the special participation of Carlos Ribas, lawyer, Master in Law, and trainer at the Bar Association, who will address the main challenges and legal frameworks related to the assessment of bodily harm and the compensatory consequences in the current legal context.
