Permanent Seminar on Current Issues in Law - Planning in Public Procurement

17th of november 2025

The Permanent Seminar on Current Issues in Law is a monthly event organized by the 2nd Cycle of Studies in Law (Master’s Programmes) of the FDCP-ULP. Its aim is to engage students of this study cycle, as well as other relevant audiences, in reflecting on the wide range of problems, questions, and controversies that shape the contemporary world of law.

In this context, we invite the entire academic and professional community to participate in another session of the Permanent Seminar on Current Issues in Law, dedicated to the theme “Planning in Public Procurement”

This session will feature Carlos José Batalhão, University Lecturer, Lawyer, Specialist in Administrative Law, and Arbitrator at CAAD (Administrative Arbitration Centre), who will share his extensive experience and critical insight into the challenges and best practices in the planning of public procurement — a key topic for ensuring efficiency, transparency, and legality in Public Administration.

The event will take place in person in Room C2.2 and online, starting at 6:00 p.m.

Upon registering, you will receive the Zoom link directly from our organizing team.
