CEAD announces the Open Lecture “Negligent Crimes and the Principle of Fault”, which will take place on December 15 at 7:00 p.m., in Room C.1.1. of the Faculty of Law and Political Science.
The session will feature Professor Paula Ribeiro de Faria, from the Catholic University – Porto, a recognized specialist in Criminal Law. The lecture will address key topics related to criminal liability for negligence and the structuring role of the principle of fault in the contemporary criminal-law system.
The initiative is organized by the Direction of the Master’s Degree in Criminal-Law Sciences and is intended for students, researchers, and legal professionals who wish to deepen their perspectives on this central theme of criminal-law doctrine.
Participation is open to the entire academic community.
