CEAD Francisco Suárez invites the entire academic and professional community to attend the Open Lecture “National Judges and European Union Law: Practical Reflections”, which will take place on May 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in Room C-2.4.
This session will feature Dr. Filipe César Marques, Judge and advisor at the Court of Auditors, who will provide a practical and in-depth perspective on the role of national judges in the application of European Union law. Through an approach grounded in real-world experience, current challenges, mechanisms of interaction between legal orders, and the importance of judicial dialogue in the European context will be explored.
