Within the framework of the activities of the Data.PT Project, CEAD Francisco Suárez is promoting a Moot Court dedicated to the European Union Data Strategy, providing students with a practical experience of judicial simulation on a topic that is central to European digital law and policy.
This initiative aims to foster critical thinking, legal argumentation, and academic debate on the regulatory, economic, and social challenges associated with data governance in the European Union.
