CEAD Francisco Suárez announces the International Seminar – Evidence and Proof in the Digital Age, which will take place on May 18 and 19 at the Faculty of Law of the Lusófona University – Lisbon University Center.
This event will bring together researchers and professionals from various fields to reflect on the contemporary challenges of evidence and proof in the digital era. In a context marked by rapid technological evolution, key issues will be discussed, including the production, admissibility, reliability, and evaluation of digital evidence, as well as the impact of new technologies on the justice system.
The seminar aims to provide a space for interdisciplinary and international dialogue, promoting knowledge sharing and critical discussion on current and emerging topics in this field.
