CEAD Francisco Suárez hosted a Guest Lecture entitled “The (new) data regulation in the EU: the case of health”, delivered by Vinicius Almada Mozetic, Lawyer and Member of the Digital Law Commission of OAB/SC, as well as Consultant Member of the Technology and Innovation Coordination of the Federal Council of OAB.
This event was part of the Activity Plan of the Data.PT project, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme through a Jean Monnet Module, reinforcing CEAD Francisco Suárez’s commitment to fostering dialogue and knowledge exchange on critical issues related to digital transformation, law, and policy in Europe.
