We announce that Universidade Lusófona – Lisbon University Centre will be the Host of DISPAX World 2026, a leading international conference dedicated to the management of unruly passengers in air transport.

The event will take place on the Lisbon campus on 25 and 26 February 2026.
DISPAX World 2026 is a two-day conference dedicated to a multidisciplinary analysis of the challenges posed by disruptive passengers in air transport. The programme will address the underlying causes of such incidents, present examples of best practices adopted by the sector, showcase insights from the latest research, and promote debate on the legal implications and challenges associated with this phenomenon in an increasingly global and complex context.
