The Law Degree Program at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Lusófona is hosting another session of the Cinema and Criminal Law Series, an initiative that uses cinema as a tool for reflecting on legal and social issues.
In this edition, the classic film M (1931), directed by Fritz Lang, will be screened. A masterpiece of German Expressionism, the film provocatively and unsettlingly explores themes such as justice, crime, guilt, and the role of the State in punishment.
