CEAD Francisco Suárez invites the entire academic community, professionals, and anyone interested in urban innovation and global mobility to participate in the 3rd International Congress on Smart Cities and Digital Nomadism, an event dedicated to exploring the challenges and opportunities of the cities of the future.
The congress will take place on March 19, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Portugal time), at the University Center of Porto – Pole 3, located at Rua Alexandre Herculano, no. 123, in room C 2.4.
This event brings together experts, researchers, and decision-makers to discuss topics such as the digital transformation of urban spaces, sustainability, technological innovation, and the rising phenomenon of digital nomadism, which is reshaping how we live, work, and interact with cities.
The opening session will be led by Professor Maria do Rosário Anjos, launching a program rich in knowledge sharing, interdisciplinary discussion, and networking opportunities.
This will be a prime space for exchanging ideas and developing innovative solutions that contribute to smarter, more inclusive cities adapted to new global dynamics.
