Graduated in Law from the University of León, I completed my studies with a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity Law and Digital Environment from the University of León. I am a cybersecurity and privacy consultant specializing in compliance with governmental risks. I have completed various courses at the National Cryptologic Center, as well as audits in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001. My training includes Analysis and Risk Management in Information Systems, the New National Security Framework (ENS), ENS Audits, National Cybersecurity Governance – µCeEN, Contracts, Payroll and Social Security, ISO Quality Management (9001-2015), Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, among others.
His research stay will take place from June 9, 2025, to December 16, 2025, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Mário Silveiro de Barros.
