Full Professor of Labour Law and Social Security Law at the University of A Coruña, where he also serves as Vice-Rector for Quality, Economic Affairs, and Infrastructure. He holds a Law degree and a PhD in Law, with additional academic qualifications in Physical Education and Sports Sciences. He has conducted research at the University of Sorbonne and at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, and has supervised a PhD thesis published by Lefebvre Publishing. He is the author of several articles in leading legal journals and currently holds the position of Deputy Secretary-General of the A Coruña Association for Comparative Labour and Social Security Law.
His research stay will take place between June 9, 2025, and September 30, 2025.
