Walter Gustavo da Silva Lemos holds a degree in Law from the Federal University of Goiás (1999), a Master's degree in International Law from the Autonomous University of Asunción (2009), a Master's degree in History from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2015), and a Ph.D. in Law from Estácio de Sá University (2020). He completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Human Rights at the University of Salamanca (2022). He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in History at the University of Porto. He has been a professor at the Catholic Faculty of Rondônia and FARO - Faculty of Rondônia. Currently, he is a professor at ISMAT. His expertise lies in the field of Law, with a focus on International Law, and he works primarily on the following topics: Human Rights, Constitutional Law, International Law, and Legal Philosophy.
