Vítor Hugo Dias holds a degree in Law, a postgraduate degree in Criminology and Criminal Investigation, and is pursuing a Master's in Law. He is a professor at the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Lusófona de Lisboa and a guest researcher at CEAD - Francisco Suárez. He is a trainee lawyer and collaborates in the coordination of the Faculty of Law's internationalization efforts. He was the President of the European Law Students’ Association – Lusófona Lisboa.
