Sílvia Mangerona is a political scientist, researcher, and university professor. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations: Security and Defense from the Institute of Political Studies at the Catholic University of Portugal. She also earned a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the same institution and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the International University. She completed a specialization in Journalism at CENJOR and worked as a Communications Advisor. Currently, she is studying Law and Legal Science, specializing in Political-Legal Sciences, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. She serves as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Education, and Administration and at the Faculty of Law at Lusófona University. She is a researcher at the Research Center of the Institute of Political Studies at the Catholic University of Portugal (CIEP) and at LusoGlobe - Lusófona Centre on Global Challenges. She is the author of the book "Subsidiarity: Political Doctrine and Model of the State," published in 2021 by Principia.
