Sérgio Coimbra Henriques is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of Lusófona University - Lisbon University Center. He obtained his Ph.D. in Private Law from the Faculty of Law at Nova University of Lisbon, with a thesis titled "Business Crisis as a Situation of Pre-Insolvency, in particular the Limited Liability Company in a Situation of Pre-Insolvency and the Duties of Directors." He also completed his Master's in Law – Business Legal Sciences, a Postgraduate degree in Labor and Social Security Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Law at the same institution.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Sérgio Coimbra Henriques is an author of various publications in different journals. He is also a practicing lawyer and an Official Industrial Property Agent.
