PhD Candidate in Civil Law at Universidade Lusófona do Porto. Holds a Master’s Degree and Specialization in Civil Law and Legal Practice from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon. Bachelor’s/Degree in Law from Universidade Veiga de Almeida in Rio de Janeiro. Currently practicing as a lawyer in the fields of civil law, civil procedure, property law, and tax enforcement.
As an Official Auctioneer for the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro, he worked on and conducted numerous auctions of movable and immovable property from 2001 to 2018. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, State of Rio de Janeiro Section.
He has extensive experience in Civil Law, with a focus on Private Law. Began his legal career in 2001 and served as an auctioneer for various Brazilian authorities, including Federal, State, and Municipal Public Prosecutors, private and public banks, as well as acting as a trustee in the sale of properties subject to mortgages and liens.
Additionally, he holds a Coaching Certificate from Universidade Veiga de Almeida with an extension at the University of Barcelona.
