Pedro Hipólito
Pedro Hipólito is a Lawyer, registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 2003. He provides legal advice, analysis, negotiation, contract drafting and monitoring of their execution, as well as the preparation and analysis of legal opinions, legal representation in litigation, and negotiations in the areas of Civil, Commercial, Labor, Criminal, Administrative, and Tax Law.
He is a PhD candidate in Law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Lusófona – University Center of Lisbon. He holds a Master’s degree in Law, specializing in Transport Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He has completed several postgraduate programs, including Civil Liability for Road Accidents at the Private Law Research Center of the University of Lisbon; Real Estate Management and Valuation at the Instituto Superior de Gestão; Tax Law at the Institute for Economic, Financial and Tax Law of the University of Lisbon; and Competition and Regulation Law at the same institute. He is also a Master’s student in Political Science at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon.
He is a certified trainer by the Institute for Mobility and Transport in the road transport sector for both goods and passengers. He is also a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor, certified by the Institute for Mobility and Transport. Since 1987, he has worked professionally in various areas of the freight forwarding and road transport sectors.
