He is a Senior Lawyer with over 10 years of experience and a scientific researcher. His published work, "Angolan Real Estate Registry Law," was released in June 2022 by Lisboa Press.
He is currently pursuing a PhD in Private Law at Universidade Lusófona (Lisbon).
