Marlene Ferreira Mendes has a PhD in Law and is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Lusófona University of Lisbon. Her research focuses on occupational health and safety law. She has teaching experience in higher education, namely in the curricular units of Labor Law and Labor Procedure, Corporate Law, Law Applied to Nursing, Property Rights and General Theory of Civil Law. She is the author of scientific articles and participates in thematic congresses in her scientific area of intervention and research. Areas of interest: Occupational Health and Safety Law, Labor Law, Civil Law, Health Law, Social Equality Rights.
