Manuel Nogueira Serens has been an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of Lusófona University since 2007. He holds a Ph.D. in Law and he teaches Commercial Law and Commercial Company Law in particular. He is a writer and co-editor at the Revista de Legislação e Jurisprudência (Legislation and Jurisprudence Journal). He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Revista Direito das Sociedades em Revista and the Editorial Board of the Revista De Legibus, Journal of the Faculty of Law of Lusófona University – Lisbon University Center. He is a legal consultant and is part of the List of Arbitrators of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the List of Arbitrators of the Commercial Arbitration Center. He has taught in various Postgraduate Courses organized by different Institutes, legal faculties, and national and foreign institutions. He is the author and co-author of several legal works.
