Maíra Feltrin Alves is a PhD candidate in Law at Lusófona University – Porto, holds a Master’s degree in State Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), and is a researcher in the field of Law and technology.
Her research focuses on the relationship between Law, artificial intelligence, and the protection of the human person, with particular interest in personality rights, digital inheritance, regulation of digital environments, children’s and youth law, human rights, and consumer law.
In parallel with her research, she is involved in higher education teaching and practices law, combining legal practice, scientific production, and critical reflection on the contemporary challenges of Law.
