Bachelor's Degree in Law (Porto), Erasmus (France), PhD in "Administration, Finance, and Justice in the Social State" (awarded with distinction, Cum Laude), and Post-Doctorate (both the latter in Spain - Salamanca). Author of the monograph Víctima y justicia internacional and various legal articles published in Latin American journals, as well as other articles with a Portuguese ISBN. She is a lawyer and a university lecturer at Lusófona University - Porto University Center.
