José Nuno Aguiar has a law degree, a master's degree in law and is a professor at the Faculty of Law of the Lusófona University of Lisbon, where he teaches General Theory of Civil Law, Family Law, Law of Succession and Law of Obligations. He has a postgraduate degree in Children, Family and Succession Law from the Private Law Research Center of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He is currently a trainee lawyer.
He is also the Science Manager at the Francisco Suárez Center for Advanced Studies in Law (CEAD) and the Secretary of De LEGIBUS - Law Journal.
