Graduated and PhD from the Faculty of Law at the University of Coimbra, specialist with public exams in environmental administrative law from IPL/ISCAL, Assistant Professor at Universidade Lusófona and Adjunct Professor at ISCAL, lawyer with aggregation in 1989, specializing in public law areas (criminal, administrative, litigation in general, particularly administrative and fiscal), co-founder of the Association of Philosophy of Law, Theory of Law, and Social Philosophy, consultant in the areas of environment and nature conservation.
