Elisa Kengani Garcia Serafim is a PhD candidate in Law at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Lusófona University – Porto University Centre, Portugal. She holds a Master's degree in Law and Legal Practice from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Solicitorship (Solicitadoria) from the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Beja, Portugal. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Polytechnic Institute of Porto Amboim, in Kwanza Sul Province, Angola. Additionally, she obtained a Higher Education Diploma in Accounting and Management from Katyavala Bwila University, in Kwanza Sul Province, Angola.
