Dilson Bernardo holds a degree in Law from the University Independente de Angola; a Master's degree in Tax and Fiscal Law from the School of Law at the University of Minho; currently pursuing a PhD in Public Law at Lusófona University (Porto). He serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences at the Universidade Gregório Semedo in Angola. Additionally, he is a Professor of Tax Law and Taxation in the Master's program in Business Law at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the Universidade Gregório Semedo. Dilson Bernardo also teaches Interpretation in Tax Matters in the Master's program in Customs Law and Applied Tax Legislation at the University Independente de Angola. He is a founding partner of Dilson Bernardo - Sociedade de Advogados R.L and specializes as a lawyer in the area of Customs Taxation.
